Terms and Conditions — 44wowph Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 44wowph website or mobile platform located at 44wowph.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you create an account on 44wowph, or from the moment you first access the platform if you already hold an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the 44wowph platform — registered members, casual visitors, and anyone interacting with any part of our services. "Services" refers to all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels available through the 44wowph platform.

44wowph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 44wowph, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for online betting in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where access to online betting platforms of this type is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 44wowph employee, contractor, or business partner.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 44wowph platform for any reason.

44wowph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds not directly associated with actual winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Your Account

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 44wowph platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 44wowph will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at support@44wowph.net.

Account information you provide at registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date. 44wowph will use this information for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and communications related to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 44wowph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 44wowph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though payment providers may impose their own limits.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Deposits are generally credited instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals. Once verified, withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically settled the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits on the same account.
• 44wowph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 6).
• 44wowph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if additional verification is required under anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 44wowph are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market in addition to these general Terms. Sport-specific rules are accessible within each betting section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed at 44wowph, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, market, and odds — before confirming. 44wowph is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

• Minimum bet per selection: ₱50 on sports markets; ₱20 on virtual sports and Color Game.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. These are displayed on the bet slip when a selection is entered.
• 44wowph reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or resulted from a system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Void bets in accumulator/parlay tickets are treated as non-runners — the remaining selections continue at their original odds.
• In the event of a disputed result, 44wowph's decision on the official outcome is final, subject to any applicable sport's governing body ruling.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted. 44wowph is not responsible for connection interruptions on the player's side that prevent in-play bets from being submitted in time.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

44wowph offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, minimum odds, expiry period, and wagering requirements — which are published alongside the promotion itself and must be read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all 44wowph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ₱5,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bets placed on excluded games or markets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 44wowph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any uncompleted wagering requirements will be voided and the original bonus value will be removed from the account.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or abuse will be voided and the account suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44wowph platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on 44wowph.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation discovered will result in the voiding of associated winnings and account closure.
• Using the 44wowph platform to launder funds from illegal sources. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Systematic bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, devices, or identities to claim promotions more than once.
• Attempting to manipulate real-world sporting events in conjunction with bets placed on 44wowph.

44wowph employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Players flagged by these systems may have their accounts temporarily suspended pending review. If a review finds no violation, the account will be reinstated promptly.

8. Responsible Gaming

44wowph is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We recognise that gambling should be entertainment, and we provide tools to help players maintain control over their activity on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 44wowph account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you how long you've been active in a single betting session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, you cannot access your account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. 44wowph will not contact you with marketing materials and will not reopen the account within a minimum period of one year from the self-exclusion request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 44wowph platform — including but not limited to the 44wowph logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 44wowph or its licensed partners. This material is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 44wowph platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 44wowph content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

44wowph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 44wowph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or expected returns arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or system malfunctions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the 44wowph platform.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Any third-party actions, including payment provider delays or bank processing issues outside 44wowph's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits 44wowph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Account Termination

You may close your 44wowph account at any time by contacting our support team at support@44wowph.net. Any real-money balance remaining after outstanding bets are settled will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

44wowph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of eligibility requirements (underage user, prohibited jurisdiction, etc.).
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, 44wowph reserves the right to withhold any bonus-related winnings and any funds obtained through prohibited conduct pending investigation. Real-money deposits not involved in the breach will be returned after the investigation concludes.

12. Changes to These Terms

44wowph may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed upon login. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page.

If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you may close your account in accordance with Section 11. Continued use of the 44wowph platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the 44wowph platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 44wowph's support team in the first instance to resolve disputes informally and efficiently.

In the event that 44wowph's decision on a dispute is final, it will be communicated in writing with a clear explanation of the reasoning. We are committed to fair, transparent dispute resolution — not hiding behind legal language.
